Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. What we collect
- Photos you upload and the cards generated from them — stored to provide the service (editing, HD download).
- An anonymous visitor identifier (a cookie) — used to track your credits and daily generation allowance. No account, name, or email is required to use PicAWish.
- Purchase records — when you buy credits, our payment processor handles the transaction. We receive confirmation of payment and an order reference, never your card number.
- Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) — kept for security and abuse prevention.
2. How your images are used
Your photo is sent to our AI image-generation provider solely to create your card. We do not use your photos or generated cards to train AI models, we do not publish them, and we do not sell them or any other personal data — ever. Card originals are automatically deleted after a limited storage period (currently 7 days).
3. Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie holding your anonymous visitor identifier. It is strictly necessary for the credit system to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Third parties
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: our AI image-generation provider (receives your uploaded photo and editing instructions) and our payment processor (handles checkout). Each receives only what it needs.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to delete your uploaded photos, generated cards, or purchase records at any time by emailing yanivprusman@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Children
PicAWish is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Contact
PicAWish is operated by Yaniv Prusman, Israel. Privacy questions: yanivprusman@gmail.com.
