Terms of Service

1. What PicAWish is
PicAWish (“the Service”) lets you upload a photo and generate AI-illustrated greeting cards. The Service is operated by Yaniv Prusman, Israel (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Free use, credits and purchases
Creating cards is free. Cards are shown and downloadable with a visible watermark. Removing the watermark (an “HD download”) costs 1 credit per card. New visitors receive 1 free credit. Additional credits are sold in packs at the prices shown at checkout. Once you have used a credit on a specific card, re-downloading that card’s HD version is free. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Prices may change, but already-purchased credits keep working.
3. Your content and rights
You must own (or have permission to use) any photo you upload, and you must not upload unlawful content or images of people who have not consented. You keep all rights to your uploaded photos. We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the cards you generate for personal and commercial purposes. We do not use your photos or cards to train AI models and we do not publish them.
4. Storage and expiry
Generated card originals are stored for a limited period (currently 7 days) to enable HD download and AI edits. After expiry, the original may no longer be available; download your HD card promptly. A credit is never charged for an expired or unavailable card.
5. AI-generated content
Cards are produced by generative AI from your photo and choices. Results vary and may occasionally contain artifacts or inaccuracies. If a generation fails, the attempt is not counted against your daily allowance and any spent credit is automatically returned.
6. Fair use
To keep the Service available to everyone, card generation is subject to a daily per-visitor cap. You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the watermarking, credit, or rate-limit mechanisms.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card details. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
8. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
