Try before you buy
Card creation is free and every new visitor gets 1 free credit for an HD download, so you can see exactly what you are getting before spending anything.
Unused credits
If you bought a credit pack and have not used the credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If part of a pack was used, we refund the unused portion pro-rata.
Used credits
A credit is considered used the moment the AI generates a picture from it — including a retry or an edit, each of which is its own picture. Because the work has then been done and delivered, used credits are not refundable. Downloading a picture you made never costs anything further.
Failures are on us
If a picture fails to generate for technical reasons, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. If that ever does not happen, email us and we will fix it.
How to request a refund
Email yanivprusman@gmail.com with your order reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
