Try before you buy
Card creation is free and every new visitor gets 1 free credit for an HD download, so you can see exactly what you are getting before spending anything.
Unused credits
If you bought a credit pack and have not used the credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If part of a pack was used, we refund the unused portion pro-rata.
Used credits
A credit is considered used when an HD card is released to you. Because the digital product has then been delivered in full, used credits are not refundable. The same card can be re-downloaded later at no extra cost.
Failures are on us
If a generation or HD download fails for technical reasons, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. If that ever does not happen, email us and we will fix it.
How to request a refund
Email yanivprusman@gmail.com with your order reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
